Complaint investigation and resolution shall not result in any discriminatory actions. Xing will endeavour to maintain impartiality by ensuring that complaints are not resolved, reviewed or approved by persons involved in the subject of the complaint.
Xing have a detailed internal process whereby any complaints received are substantiated and investigated to determine what actions shall be taken. Xing will acknowledge the receipt of the complaint. Record keeping and tracking is maintained through internal quality management systems.
